Slate ("we," "us," or "our") is a clothing brand inspired by the design and culture of e-moto bikes including, but not limited to, Surron, Talaria, Mantis, and Tuttio. Our products are original, fan-inspired expressions and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the referenced brands.

 


 

2. Fulfillment

All of our products are printed and shipped using a third-party provider. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Fulfillment, shipping, and certain aspects of customer service are handled by our third-party production and fulfillment provider.

  • Our third-party production and fulfillment providers' own terms and policies may apply to aspects such as delivery timelines, return eligibility, and product quality.

  • We are not liable for delays, damages, or other issues caused by our third-party production and fulfillment provider services.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All designs on Slate apparel are original, inspired works and are owned or licensed by Slate.

  • Referenced brands such as Surron, Talaria, Mantis, or Tuttio are not affiliated with Slate. Any similarities are artistic representations for fan appreciation and do not constitute endorsement or official collaboration.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or content without our written permission.

 


 

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible depending on the fulfillment status of our third-party production and fulfillment provider.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • If you do not provide a full phone number at checkout certain shipping options like express shipping may be automatically changed to flat rate shipping. We do not have control or responsibility for that.

 


 

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Because our items are made-to-order through a third party manufacturer, returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at slateclothing@outlook.com

6. Limitation of Liability

Slate shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to damages caused by third-party services. For more information check our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new April 30th 2025 date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
